- 1/2 apple
- Greek yogurt

- 2 mint drops

Matcha with almond cream, apple and kiwi

List of ingredients
- 1 green apple
- 1 kiwi
- Almond cream
- Pistachios
- Matcha wafers
Instructions
- Slice the apple and kiwi, arrange on a plate. Put a tower of wafers in the center.
- Put almond cream on top and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
With dark chocolate and strawberry

List of ingredients
- 80% cocoa chocolate
- coconut oil
- Strawberries
Instructions
- Put 2 squares of chocolate and 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil to heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove and stir until the chocolate is completely liquid.
- Place a bed of red fruit wafers on a plate. Cover with chocolate. Add strawberries to decorate.
Yogurt with fruit

- Fruits of your choice
- Greek yogurt
- 80% cocoa chocolate
- Coconut oil
Instructions
- Place the fruits you want on a plate. Add Greek yogurt
- Put 2 squares of chocolate and 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil to heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove and stir until the chocolate is completely liquid.
- Add the chocolate and pieces of red fruit wafer.
Coconut tower

- Natural coconut pieces
- Natural or coconut Greek yogurt
- Coconut wafers
Instructions
- Place a wafer, then a layer of Greek yogurt and on top the coconut pieces.
- Repeat as many times as you want until you make a mountain.
Overnight oats

List of ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of oats
- 1 tablespoon of chia
- Vanilla essence
- Rapeseed sugar to taste
- Coconut pieces
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients very well in a container with a lid. Leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next morning, serve by putting a layer of oats, a layer of coconut yogurt, and repeat until the container is full. Garnish with wafer pieces and coconut.
Banana smoothie bowl

- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- A splash of milk of your choice
- Cinnamon

- Mix all the ingredients in the Nutribullet or blender.
- Put 2 squares of chocolate and 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil to heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove and stir until the chocolate is completely liquid.
- Serve the smoothie and garnish with banana slices, strawberries, banana wafers and melted chocolate.
With chocolate and pistachios

- Chocolate chips
- 80% cocoa
- Coconut oil
- Banana wafers
- Sliced banana
Instructions
- Place 2 squares of chocolate and 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove and stir until the chocolate is completely liquid.
- Dip the edge of the banana wafer into the chocolate and then sprinkle with pistachio chips. You can put more chocolate in the center and a slice of banana.
With almond cream and almonds

- Sliced and chopped almonds.

Vanilla Ice Cream
